How Activation Works?

Retronexus Regional Capacity Model Retronexus is not a marketplace. It is a capacity infrastructure system built for the retrofit industry. Instead of flooding the market with assessors, Retronexus activates professionals only when live demand exists in their region. This protects quality, income stability, and delivery performance.

The Activation Cycle

Every professional on Retronexus moves through a controlled lifecycle:

Apply

Professionals apply to join the Retronexus network. They are verified and placed into a regional waitlist.

Assigned to a Region

Each professional is linked to a specific geographic area. This prevents overcrowding and ensures local coverage.

Demand-Based Activation

When coordinators request capacity in that region, Retronexus activates only the number of professionals required. Activated professionals receive work. Non-activated professionals remain paused.

Performance & Pause Cycle

When regional demand drops, professionals may be:

  • Paused

  • Reactivated later

  • Scored based on performance

This keeps the system balanced.
